Maya P. Wright-Hayes is a seasoned Human Resources professional with executive level experience in a variety of sectors and industries. Maya brings a wealth of knowledge and over 15 years of experience from both national and global human resources and leadership roles with Fortune 500 Companies such as Office Depot, Whataburger, Yum! Brands (specifically Pizza Hut) and Texas Instruments. She holds particular expertise in organizational development systems and leadership pipeline development. In her role at Choice-filled Lives Network, Inc., Maya is the steward of our organization's most precious resources - our people. She leads strategic efforts and teams who focus on both internal organizational development and talent acquisition and retention, as well as external teams who focus on these same areas with our Choice-filled Lives Network partners and clients.
Maya received a bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University. She resides in Dallas, Texas and in her spare time, Maya enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling. She’s excited to be moving into a phase in her career that will allow her work to have impact in creating Choice-filled Lives for all children.
